by 황누누 2022. 10. 3.

  • I saw this/that coming
  • I should've been seen this coming

  • I knew it would be like this

  • I had a feeling this would happen
  • I had a feeling this was going to happen

I had a feeling 을 I thought 으로 쓰면

  • I have a bad feeling

  • Trust me. I have a bad feeling about this

  • This is not what I had in mind

  • I haven't -- in a while
  • I haven't -- in a long time

  • Wow I haven't been here in so long
  • Wow I haven't been here in ages

  • Wow I haven't seen this in so long

  • I met up with my friends and went out for a drink. We hadn't done in quite a while

We haven't done that in quite a while 이라고 말하면

What did you do over the weekend?

Oh, some friends and I wet out for a drink.

Oh, that's nice.

Yeah, We hadn't done that in quite a while

I'm going to meet up with some of my friends and go out for drinks.

We haven't done that in so long.

  • overdo, overdid, overdone
  • get carried away (with)
  • take something too far
  • be dramatic ( to respond to sth in a dramatic way)

Are you all right?

Yes, I think I just got a little carried away at the gym.

Yes I think I just a little overdid at the gym.

I was just trying to teach him about responsibility and I think I may have took it a little too far.

You shouldn't have gotten so carried away last night.

  • panic
  • catch (one) off guard
  • take someone by surprise

  • She suddenly asked me a question and It took me by surprise.
  • She suddenly asked me a question and I panicked.
  • She caught me off guard with a question.

  • not know what to do
  • panic

Do you mind/ Would you mind --?

라고 물으면 no/ not at all 등 부정으로 대답해야 괜찮다/ 승인의 의미인데

요즘은 yes! Sure! come on in/ No problem
